This open meeting provides an opportunity for instruction and practice in mindfulness meditation led by and tailored for members of 12-step recovery programs (but we welcome our friends who are not members of a 12-step program). This form of meditation is widely recognized as an effective means of reducing stress, which is associated with addictive behaviors in general and specifically with relapse. Read more…
