In this course, Allie Vaknin will teach students the fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation. The content will introduce students to the basic elements of meditation, as well as different forms of meditation, such as mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of feelings, and loving-kindness. The course will teach students the benefits of these practices and how to integrate meditation into one’s daily life.

Allie is teaching this class as part of obtaining her certification as a meditation teacher and the course is offered free of charge.
